Is there really no contract?
Really. Month to month, cancel in two clicks, export your data whenever you like. We'd rather keep you with the product than the paperwork.
What counts as a supplier?
Anyone who plays events under your brand and needs their own diary and event briefs. Office staff and assistants don't count toward the limit.
Are there per-event fees?
No. Unlimited events, leads, clients and emails on every plan. Card payments carry Stripe's standard processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not us.
Do my clients need accounts?
Never. Clients and guests use secure private links — no passwords, no sign-ups, nothing to forget.
Can I move over from other software?
Yes. Export your clients and upcoming events as a CSV from your current system and import them in a few minutes — most suppliers are fully set up the same day. On Agency, we'll do the import for you.
